Why work with Me
With a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and advanced assessment & treatment techniques, I help people access new levels of wellness. I recognize that the body holds complexities we're still uncovering—and I'm committed to continuously deepening my understanding so every session builds on the last.
My Story
For the past decade, I've been using Matrix Repatterning—a breakthrough manual therapy—to help people achieve incredible results. Before discovering this approach, I felt frustrated by my inability to create lasting improvements for chronic issues like low back pain, joint pain, and headaches. I knew there had to be a better way.
I wanted to help people with concussions, complex neurological disorders, and internal injuries—but I also recognized that I didn't yet have the right tools. Matrix Repatterning changed that. Through its specialized assessment and treatment processes, I can now locate and treat hidden tension patterns that are often the underlying cause of painful, limiting conditions.
In addition to my clinical practice in Owen Sound, I've worked in Toronto as an educator for Kikkawa Massage Therapy College, and Eight Branches Traditional Chinese Medicine School. I currently serve as assistant educational director and lead instructor for the Matrix Institute in Markham Ontario.
This teaching experience has deepened my understanding of anatomy, physiology, and what creates limitations in the body—while reminding me that there's always more to learn.
In my off time, I enjoy playing the game of pool, spending quality time with my wife and son, and exploring in the beautiful countryside that surrounds my home in Owen Sound.
